Bella was fantastic , we have learned a lot about mindfulness strategies and about big feelings. Incorporating music and activities worked well with our child as well, we hope to pick up this class again in the future.

At first my learner was apprehensive and after first class said it was too hard, however, showing perseverance, a little practice happened and we played the songs learned in classes and now I see a round kiddo happily strumming along. Yay! Likely because Bella is a high energy and incredibly sweet teacher. Lots of laughter ensues in her classes.

Bella is amazing and very patient. Sometimes it can be a bit tricky to talk about big feelings, but our son always looks forward to his class, where he feels safe to open up. In over six months of this mindfulness class he has learned different strategies for calming down and what to do when he feels scared or worried. Educational stories and arts and crafts, which are a part of each class, are an added bonus. This course is amazing and we would highly recommend it! Thank you, Bella!

Ms. Bella gives great instructions and has the students working on strumming, chords, and string names. The class works together at first and then every student is given the option to practice independently. We’ve taken several classes with Ms. Bella and we’ve loved every one!
