Kids will learn visual strategies, calming, mindful & practical exercises to use when our big feelings overwhelm us. We discuss day-to-day scenarios about what to do when making mistakes, you're stressed, worried, angry, anxious, etc.

In this 5-day camp we will focus on building a growth mindset by understanding the difference between a growth mindset and a fixed mindset, why challenges grow our brains and how to overcome setbacks and become resilient.
In this one-on-one ongoing class, students will discover techniques that will enable them to manage their emotions, boost their confidence in self-expression, and cultivate a Growth Mindset, optimistic outlook, and resiliency.
