This class was very well organized and allowed my 10 year old to understand why some executive functions are harder than others since she has ADHD. Ms. Carmen was able to not only explain the “why” but also gave good strategies for dealing with the challenges.

Our child really enjoys this class, and our whole household benefits from hearing the strategies and language Katie shares with the students. The class covers a broad range of topics and life examples for kids to relate with, and the mindfulness tools and concepts are immediately applicable, both for the students and for their adults.
