My son enjoyed the class! It was well done and my son was able to follow along and engage in the lesson. Having an explanation of feelings and that being angry was okay was validating and helpful as well as the techniques that were taught.

This class was great. My child is 5 years old and is starting Kindergarten this upcoming school year. She struggles with her emotions when things don't go her way. I have been modeling coping mechanisms and ways to channel her frustration and this class was perfect for reinforcing those positive behaviors and techniques.
