Bella is amazing and very patient. Sometimes it can be a bit tricky to talk about big feelings, but our son always looks forward to his class, where he feels safe to open up. In over six months of this mindfulness class he has learned different strategies for calming down and what to do when he feels scared or worried. Educational stories and arts and crafts, which are a part of each class, are an added bonus. This course is amazing and we would highly recommend it! Thank you, Bella!
