Choose black or dark green paper. Squeeze glue around the edges and start glueing pumpkin seeds all around as you can see in the picture.

Once you made the pumpkin seeds frame, you can put some random glue at the bottom of the page and then sprinkle some nutmeg/cinnamon/coffee ground; turn the page over to get rid of the excess of the ground cinamon, but do it slowly, as the pumpkin seeds are not completely stuck. Glue some very simple stems (mine are daffodils leaves actually). We dont concentrate on a beautiful design, but on the mosaic effect. The ‘petals’ are gonna be made from pieces of egg shells that you can beak in advance (not too small, kind of a quarter of a half shell). At the top of the stem put some glue, then put the egg shell on the top of it.

Show the children how to press down on the egg shell to make it crack into little pieces and create a mosaic effect.

Let it dry.

Later on, you can paint each flower different colours if you want to, or you can leave it like this.

Have fun!
