My daughter is usually resistant to these types of topics – emotional vulnerability is something she struggles to discuss with anyone besides myself. She also struggles with sitting still, mindfulness exercises, etc. But is doing so well in this class. If she respects a teacher/authority figure right off the bat and follows their leadership easily, I know that person is a master at reaching children! Thank you!
