I loved the specific techniques used to breathe, such as “hand breathing” where children can trace their fingers and breathe along with the movements. All of the techniques were specific and clever. I also appreciated the teacher’s upbeat method of teaching and the way she personalized the class to the learners. Would definitely recommend!

Our little one loves doing classes with Ms Ely online. Our little one is getting a lot better at understanding her feelings and loves to join in with the classes and offer what she has learnt when Ms Ely asks. We have seen her confidence increase a lot and she is a lot more vocal about her feelings and what they mean to her.
