I loved all the different styles of regulation for helping my son manage his angry feelings. The three different breathing techniques are great for younger kids as they can be done easily and with just their hands. My son really liked the drumming as he is a VERY active child and loves to be loud. Ms. Bella was super friendly and engaged with my son at his level. We look forward to doing more classes to manage our emotions with her.

Ms. Bella Ely is such a patient, fun, and engaging teacher; and she always promptly responds and works with us to manage our crazy schedule. Bella’s class has been so beneficial to our daughter even after just 2 sessions. She gets very frustrated when things do not go how she plans it to go and also when people do not understand precisely what she is trying to say. This Sunday she was doing an activity that frustrated her so she went to her room and took some deep breathes and patted a favorite stuffed animal and within no-time she was back downstairs making Shrinky Dinks. Normally it would be a long scream session. Bella’s class has really made a difference and we wholeheartedly recommend her.

Bella is extremely kind. She takes her time to explain the movements necessary to play each chord. She is encouraging and gives helpful feedback. My daughter has been taking lessons from Bella for about 12 weeks and is already learning Blackbird! She’s finding it challenging but is really enjoying it.
