Exploring Big Feelings – Mindfulness Strategies – Emotional Regulation

This course is based on exploring feelings, responding to and safely expressing big emotions: anger, rage, frustration, worry, overthinking. Children will also practise strategies about how to choose positive thoughts vs the unhelpful ones.


If You Are Angry and You Know It – Emotional Regulation Strategies

Strategies to manage big emotions are crucial for students who are autistic, ADHD or struggle to express emotions safely. In this class we will use games, role-play, visuals and music to teach students how to self-regulate their emotions.
